Michael joined Ellman Realty Advisors in 2007. Born and raised in New York City, Michael Cohen knows the city like the back of his hand. Before working in Real Estate, Michael worked as head of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President of V.C. Sportswear. An outgoing person by nature, Michael is not afraid to ask questions in order to truly understand your requirement.
A proud father of two, Michael understands the value of time and the importance of giving his undivided attention. His photographic memory and hard focus concentration ensure that every deal will be handled swiftly and correctly. In his past three years Michael has expanded his knowledge base in all aspects of Real Estate by working with a variety of tenants, including; retail tenants, media clients with exacting needs, office-use tenants, and condominium owners throughout New York City.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hartford Business Management, and frequently assists in training new staff members. Michael's easy going personality, combined with his thorough knowledge of the current market, provides tenants with trusted guidance throughout every stage of negotiations.

Jack D. Shulman, Managing Director

Jack’s main focus of business is Tenant representation for leasing office space and acquisition of mid-size commercial buildings. Whether a customer needs space in midtown, midtown south, or financial district, Jack knows exactly what spaces are available and understands a Landlord’s mentality on how to structure and close deals in the Tenant’s best interest. Over the years, Jack has represented web based companies, financial institutions, private medical practices, architecture firms, gyms, and international law firms.

Before becoming Managing Director of Ellman Realty Advisors, Jack Shulman attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown Pennsylvania where he majored in Economics and International Business. Jack also attended Maastricht University in the Netherlands for a study abroad program where he studied international business practices. During his college years, Jack played on the Muhlenberg Ice Hockey team and played golf as an active hobby.

EVAN M. JAFFEE
Director

Evan joined Ellman Realty Advisors in 2009. He grew up on the North Shore of Long Island, graduated from Great Neck North High School, and was awarded early acceptance to Boston University's school of Management. Evan grew up in a family owned real estate business. Over the years, he has put himself in the shoes of both the perspective of both landlord and prospective tenants. He has been responsible for space planning, unit preparation and lease negotiation, and lease renewals. Evan's emphasis is on follow up and attention to detail. Evan will go out of his way to preview spaces for serious tenants in order to make sure that none of your time is wasted from space search to lease signing.

Most importantly Evan believes that Tenant satisfaction is what the business is all about and he will knock himself out pounding the pavement until he gets you what you want.

In addition to Real Estate, Evan is passionate about music. He writes songs, sings and plays guitar in a rock band called Real Be Easys (www.realbeeasys.com). He has recorded six albums to date all featured on ITUNES. He also enjoys fishing, boating, water sports, hunting, and being outdoors.
